Western Province, Zambia

With support from the Global Fund, through the Churches Health Association of Zambia (CHAZ), TALC is implementing a Community Led Monitoring project for malaria services across seven districts in Western Province: Nkeyema, Kaoma, Luampa, Lukulu, Limulunga, Kalabo, and Senanga. DAPP serves as the lead sub-recipient on this 3-year project, which commenced in 2024 and will run through 31st December 2026.

Sustainable Community-driven Approaches for Lenacapavir PrEP Expansion with Impact and Cost-effectiveness in Zambia

With support from UNITAID, through Lead Grantee the University Teaching Hospital HIV/AIDS Program (UTH-HAP), TALC is implementing SCALE IT Zambia, a project creating demand for PrEP commodities across 10 districts: Livingstone, Mazabuka, Chilanga, Lusaka, Chipata, Nakonde, Kapiri Mposhi, Kitwe, Chingola, and Solwezi. In Lusaka District, TALC leads demand creation for PrEP products through community mobilization and engagement. The project runs for 3 years, through 31st December 2028.

We engage in policy advocacy to advance equitable healthcare and human rights for those living with HIV/AIDS.
